Preorder Tyler Ramsey’s new album New Lost Ages, due out February 9th, and make plans to join us in the record store on release date for a special in-store performance and album signing at 5:00 PM! All who preorder the album from Grimey’s will receive a wristband along with their copy of New Lost Ages on release day for Ramsey’s record signing so they can have their records autographed after his set in the shop. Longstanding member of Band of Horses, Tyler Ramsey, returns with his fourth solo, full length studio record, New Lost Ages, an album that sees him facing the harsh realities of the world as we know it. Fans of Ramsey’s former projects, Father John Misty and Lord Huron will find New Lost Ages to be a relatable reprieve - one that feels both familiar and starkly new. Traversing genre-bending terrain, the new record from Ramsey is as indie and psych-rock as it is singer-songwriter, showcasing his talent and dedication to the craft.

Recorded at Avast! Recording Co. in Seattle, Washington, by storied producer Phil Ek (Fleet Foxes, Father John Misty, Built to Spill), New Lost Ages features Ramsey performing as a part of a ‘power trio’ line-up with bassist Morgan Henderson (Fleet Foxes) and drummer Sean Lane (Ann Wilson). The album is available to preorder in the record store and on our site here on Natural Warm Grey Vinyl LP and on CD. All preorders placed for local, store pickup will include a wristband for our 2/9 event with Tyler Ramsey. All New Lost Ages preorders placed for local, store pickup will include a wristband for our 2/9 event with Tyler Ramsey. Wristbands and preordered vinyl + CDs will be available for pickup at Grimey’s starting on the morning of Friday, February 9th. (Wristbands are not required for kids 12 & under.)

Preorders placed for mail order will ship out from Grimey’s after Friday, 2/9.
