Same Trailer Different Park is Kacey Musgrave's major-label debut, written as a 24-year old singer/songwriter from Golden, Texas, who had recently relocated to Nashville. She'd written songs for Martina McBride, Miranda Lambert and had recently co-written the song "Undermine" that appeared in the second episode of the ABC drama, Nashville. Kacey wrote or co-wrote every track on Same Trailer Different Park, which was co-produced by Kacey, Shane McAnally and Luke Laird. The album features her hit single “Merry Go Round,” which received heavy praised by Billboard, NPR, Washington Post, NY Post and Rolling Stone.
