Among those backing Lauderdale on My Favorite Place are members of his touring band The Changers, which includes guitarists Craig Smith and Frank Rische, bassist Jay Weaver, drummer Dave Racine and vocalist Lillie Mae Rische. Produced by Lauderdale and Weaver, the 11-track album was recorded at Nashville’s Blackbird Studio and features the singles “Mrs. Green” and “You’ve Got A Shine.”
