A host of talented friends and fans will be performing Luke’s songs in the shop and his mother, Carol, will be speaking briefly about her son and the Luke Bell Memorial Affordable Counseling Program. The King is Back is a powerful and poignant 28-track collection from the late country artist Luke Bell. Tracked between November 2013 and August 2016, these songs capture Luke in his artistic prime, spinning stories about blue-collar workers, heartbroken ramblers, and the personal struggles that bind us together. Far from a retrospective, The King is Back is a full-bodied testament to Bell’s enduring voice and vision, a reminder that his story didn’t end with his passing. Net proceeds from the album will benefit the Luke Bell Memorial Affordable Counseling Program, honoring his life by supporting mental health access for those in need. Through this release, Bell’s music continues to shine, bringing comfort, awareness, and firmly cementing Luke Bell as a legend in country music.

The King is Back is due out Friday, November 7th via All Blue Recordings and is available to preorder here as a cloudy colored vinyl 2 LP set and as a 2 CD set.

Preorders for local, store pickup will be available at Grimey’s starting on Friday, November 7th, the day of our event honoring Luke.

Preorders for mail order will ship out from Grimey’s on or around Friday, November 7th.
