Since emerging from Frankenmuth, Michigan, Greta Van Fleet have become one of rock and roll’s defining voices of their generation. Recorded in Tennessee in the spring of 2026, Palace for the People is the GRAMMY Award Winners’ fifth full-length album; it was co-produced by the band and Mike Elizondo (Turnstile, Eminem, Fiona Apple). Palace for the People was written in a remote cabin in Tennessee’s wilderness, where the band harnessed the inimitable electricity of the familial bond between brothers Josh, Jake, and Sam augmented by their eternal brotherhood with Danny. In order to bottle this spirt they hit the studio with producer Elizondo. It was his first time working with the band and he empowered Greta Van Fleet to rise on their own terms. The resulting record captures the band’s vibrant, cohesive sound and represents their boldest artistic statement ye
