As colorful as your favorite candy and as sharp as a trusty blade, Girl Tones create from contrast. The Bowling Green, KY duo—sisters Kenzie (vocals, guitar) and Laila (drums) —serve up sweet melodies and sour riffs that are aggressive, amplified, and addictive in the best way. Precious!, Girl Tones’ first full-length body of work was produced by Brad Shultz of Cage The Elephant. The record is the sound of a band unapologetically embracing creative and personal freedom, never letting go, and encouraging you to do the same.

Girl Tones’ Precious! is available to preorder here on ‘Sandbar’ on vinyl & CD. Preorder a copy for local pickup to score a wristband for the band’s album signing and guaranteeing your spot in the shop for their instore performance. For each album preordered you’ll receive one wristband such that 1 LP preorder = 1 wristband, 2 CD preorders = 2 wristbands, etc. Preorders + wristbands may be claimed at Grimey’s on Thursday, November 12th, the day of our event with Girl Tones.
