We hope you can be here on Friday, October 9th for a super special record release day signing by Greta Van Fleet! The band will be joining us at noon and hanging out, autograping copies of their brand new album, Palace for the People for attendees. Wristbands are required to participate in the album signing for all 13+. (Kids 12 & under don’t require a wristband if attending with a wristband holding adult.) While supplies last wristbands are available with preorders of the Palace for the People vinyl or CD in the record shop & from our webstore here. Preorders are only available for local, event pickup. This is an in-person signing event. You can read more about the album and preorder availability on our site here. We really love Greta Van Fleet and are super pumped that we’re able to spend part of their big day celebrating with them.
Since emerging from Frankenmuth, Michigan, Greta Van Fleet have become one of rock and roll’s defining voices of their generation. Recorded in Tennessee in the spring of 2026, Palace for the People is the GRAMMY Award Winners’ fifth full-length album; it was co-produced by the band and Mike Elizondo (Turnstile, Eminem, Fiona Apple). Palace for the People was written in a remote cabin in Tennessee’s wilderness, where the band harnessed the inimitable electricity of the familial bond between brothers Josh, Jake, and Sam augmented by their eternal brotherhood with Danny. In order to bottle this spirt they hit the studio with producer Elizondo. It was his first time working with the band and he empowered Greta Van Fleet to rise on their own terms. The resulting record captures the band’s vibrant, cohesive sound and represents their boldest artistic statement yet. In making the album Sam notes, “we realized, the music is our palace!”
We’re happy to welcome the band to our ‘musical palace’ and hope you’re able to join us too! Lock in your spot in the signing line by preordering your copy of Palace for the People in the record shop or on our site here (while supplies last). This is a rain or shine affair, so please keep that in mind when planning to attend our event. Will you be driving here that day?
