Dylan Gossett Album Signing at Grimey’s

We’re delighted to host Dylan Gossett in the record shop to celebrate the release of his debut album, Westward Join us at 4:00 PM on Thursday, July 24th for a special album signing with Gossett. He’ll be in Nashville hot of the heels of The American Trail tour and we’re stoked he’s able to hang out with us! Gossett is a platinum-certified and critically acclaimed singer, songwriter, multi-instrumentalist and producer. Created over the span of the past two years while touring the globe, Westward was written and entirely self-produced by Gossett. The album features his signature heart-on-his-sleeve storytelling and explores themes of love, family, faith, and chasing one’s dreams. Gossett shares, “I think Westward means two things, generally. This album is very on-the-road written. You have all these bits and pieces from these stories that are really just about life on the road. The other side of it, and where the Westward title comes into play, was that these past few years have been so crazy and just incredible. I feel like we’ve been chasing our dream the whole way…. People have always headed west for opportunities and chase their dreams by going out there. That’s where I tie it in a little bit, metaphorically. Everyone on the crew is chasing their dreams, in some way.”

All who preorder Westward in the record shop or on our webstore will receive a wristband for Gossett’s album signing on July 24th. Wristbands are required for the signing for all 13+. (Kids 12 & under don’t need a wristband if attending with a wristband holding adult.) Those who preorder the album in advance of the event date will receive an email with preorder pickup and run of event details.

While you’re at the record store for our signing event, make sure to check out our lovely new Dylan Gossett mural on the westward-facing (Living Waters) side of the building, painted by award winning muralist Alexandria Hall. Don’t miss this chance to hang with Gossett, as his star continues to rise, and help us welcome his band new record into the world! See you soon, Music City!
