Courtney Barnett, our favorite Australian singer-songwriter, writes lyrics that are smart, funny and thoughtful and delivers them with candor. Creature of Habit is her fourth studio full-length. Written in the deserts of the American Southwest, after Barnett’s recent relocation to LA, the album was inspired by the landscape and the artist Georgia O’Keefe. It includes a duet with Barnett’s former tour-mate Waxahatchee.

We’ll be celebrating the release of Creature of Habit a touch early, on Thursday, March 26th, the eve of the official release date, and invite you to join us for the occasion. In addition to spinning the record in the shop, we’ll be sharing party favors and raffle tickets for a grand prize drawing. (Raffle tickets are limited to one per person and do not require purchase.
