Anderson East had already released a couple of records prior to his Dave Cobb-produced 'Delilah' but it's that record, from 2015, that really put him on the map. 'Delilah' hit number 2 on Billboard's Heatseekers chart and introduced him to AAA radio listeners. NPR called the album "an eclectic, fully formed debut." 'Encore' will be East's second release for Cobb's Low Country Sound imprint through Elektra Records. Once again produced by Dave Cobb and recorded at Nashville's historic RCA Studio A, as well as at the House of Blues and Farmland studios, the new album features contributions and collaborations with Chris Stapleton and his wife Morgane, Ed Sheeran and others as well as covers by Ted Hawkins and Willie Nelson. Anderson East will celebrate the release of 'Encore' with an intimate in-store performance at Grimey's on Thursday, January 18th, at 6PM!
Starting Wednesday, December 13th, when we open at 11AM, stop by Grimey's and preorder 'Encore' on vinyl or CD to receive your wristband guaranteeing you entry to this in-store event. Space is limited so don't delay. If we still have slots available, we will begin taking orders over the phone on Monday, December 18th, at 11AM.
